3 cents per word, depending on the size and manuscript type. - Copy editing/content editing/proofreading: A full read-through of your manuscript with in-line comments, focusing on the technical aspects of the manuscript like grammar, spelling, and punctuation; content editing, focusing on the overall structure, clarity, and flow of the content; and proofreading to check for consistency and accuracy throughout.
3.5-5 cents per word, depending on the size and manuscript type.
